Terms and Conditions Use and Participation

These terms and conditions contain important information about your participation in this survey conducted.

Your access to this website and participation in any survey will be governed by these terms.

By using this website, answering any survey questions or commencing any survey conducted by ACTTPOA, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Participation.

We may change these terms at any time. If we do, an amended version of these terms will be posted on the site. Your continued use of the site or participation in any survey after any changes are made to the terms will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of those changes. If you object to any changes to the terms, your only remedy is to discontinue using the online survey form and participation in this survey.

How do I participate in a survey

A paper-based survey is also available upon request from the ACTTPOA Chairman at philbutton@grapevine.com.au, who will ask you to manually complete your responses, and will include details of how to submit your completed survey form. You may participate in a survey by:

  • answering questions on-line web survey form
  • manual survey form

Each request to participate in a survey has been commissioned by ACTTPOA.

ACTTPOA policy in the use of data collected in surveys is that Participants (person/s filling in the survey form) will be advised how the data will be used at the beginning of the survey, and that summary data collected will be used and put forward to ACT Government as part of any proposal submitted by ACTTPOA. Unless it is made explicitly clear prior to completing a survey, Respondents  identities and individual responses will not be disclosed by ACTTPOA without the direct approval of the Respondent. ACTTPOA will only provide the individual responses and feedback where permission is explicitly given by the Respondent.

The results of this survey will only be viewed by the Endre Kovacs as Web Master, Peter Ivanovski as Secretary and Phil Button as Chairman of ACTTPOA.

The data will be collected and kept confidential and NOT disclosed any one else.
