This is to confirm that the convening of a SGM/ AGM on Sunday 16 September, 2018 at the Ainslie Football Club, 52 Wakefield Avenue , AINSLIE from 2.00 PM
The meeting is considered vital in determining the future of the association and all members are urged to make every effort to attend.
An agenda, with motions submitted (as an attachment to the agenda) is provided and attached above. Please print off your copies and bring them to the meeting.
Given the anxiety expressed by many members to me over the past three months I look forward to meeting with as many members as possible resolve their issues.
I apologise for the relative short notice given but in view of the need to meet months ago the need to meet without further delay was considered necessary.
It remains to be seen whether the Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer attend to provide members with their respective “reports”.
Bearing in mind that we have NO Constitution accepted by members at a SGM/AGM and that holders of those positions were not “elected’ in accordance with any Constitution and merely had themselves “appointed” I will, as this Meeting Convenor, Chair the meeting.
